Deposits - Whether Advances received for supply of goods and provision of services prior to effective date of CA-2013, and outstanding on 31.3.2014 will be treated as DEPOSITS if not adjusted within 365 days from date of acceptance of advance as per Rule 2(1)(c)(xii) of Deposit Rules 2014 Or it will be applicable to advances received on and after 1.4.2014
