Can anyone please provide compliance w.r.t. a foreign company in FEMA and as well as in ROC, I need a checklist if possible.
I am having some inputs but just need to confirm that there are no rooms for mistake.
For e.g.
Form FC - 3
Fc - 4,
AAC
Statement of Asset and Liabilities
Annual Compliance under ROC
Please suggest if anything is left out.
