As per Section 82 of the Companies Act, 2013, CHG-4 for Satisfaction of Charge, the Form need not mandatorily Digitally signed by the Charge Holder. But CHG-4 is not allowed without charge holder DSC for further action. Please confirm the same, whether the Company, can file Form -4 ( Satisfaction of Charge) without affixing the DSC of Charge Holder.

The above answer is based upon the instruction kit provided for form CHG-4 and practically we have checked that charge holder DSC shall be required to file form
