THE COMPANY WAS INCORPORATED IN THE YEAR 2003 UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956 AS A SPV. SPECIAL PURPOSE IS NOW OVER AND COMPANY WANTS TO ALTER OBJECT CLAUSE. WHETHER A WHOLE NEW SET OF MOA IS TO BE ADOPTED OR ONLY OBJECT CLAUSE IS TO BE CHANGED. PLEASE ADVISE.
